What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. UK, EU, USA, Australia and most international destinations are all covered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout depending on how many items you order. As a guide:

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days. EU and international orders usually take 3-5 working days depending on your location and local customs processing.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes - we ship to the US. Please note that import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Are your Blu-rays region locked?
They vary. We'll always specify the region clearly on the product page - please check before ordering.
What condition are the discs in?
All our products are brand new and sealed.
Are your limited editions going to be restocked?
Limited editions are exactly that - once they're gone, they're gone. If a title sells out we won't reprint it. Sign up to our mailing list to get early notice of new releases.
What's the difference between a standard and limited edition?
Limited editions typically include exclusive packaging, artwork, booklets, or other extras not found in the standard release. They're produced in small print runs and aimed at collectors.

Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee we'll be able to amend an order once it's been dispatched.
What if my disc arrives damaged?
We package everything carefully but if something arrives damaged, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll sort it out. We're a small independent store and we stand behind everything we sell.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If there's a fault with the product we'll always make it right. Contact us via our Contact page to arrange a return.
The Store
Are you an official licensed label or a reseller?
Last Slate Video is an independent boutique label. We license titles directly and produce our own limited edition releases - we're not a reseller of other labels' products.
