A young woman wakes up inside a coffin with no memory of who she is or how she got there. Disoriented and terrified, she soon finds herself being relentlessly pursued by a sadistic killer in a chrome skull mask. With the help of a few strangers, she must piece together the mystery of her identity while staying one step ahead of her masked assailant – a man who films his brutal murders and stops at nothing to finish what he starts.
